Community Meeting May 5, 7:30 p.m., Tom Thayer's House, 147 Lake Road
Last December we kicked off a discussion on "Exploring Ways Our Neighborhoods Can Work Together" at the Vista Verde Community Association meeting. The highlights of that initial discussion included:
- Los Trancos and Vista Verde communities face the same issues
- Significant benefits could be recognized by closer collaboration and/or combination
- There were some concerns expressed about combining the two associations
It was agreed that we should explore this topic further with broader representation from interested residents. Please join us for this discussion, and consider walking or carpooling. If you drive, park along lower Lake Road in front of the red shed. An overview of the December discussion will be provided, and we will solicit opinions on how to collaborate further and how decisions should be made.
