The Los Trancos County Water District will be hosting a Broom Pull and cleanup on  Sat. Feb. 9th from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please join us for all or part of the party!

We'll meet at the corner of Lake Road and Los Trancos Circle. Please wear long plants, long sleeves, work boots and bring gloves, water, and snacks or a picnic lunch.

We'll provide a few weed wrenches for large plants but most of the pulling will be done by hand. We'll focus mostly on the corner property but smaller groups will work up Lake Road toward the Lake removing some larger specimens.

In addition, a small crew will clear woody debris near the Lake at the site of the viewing platform to be installed this spring. We'll provide loppers and hand saws but feel free to bring your favorite!
