The District's financial audit report was received from the external auditors on Wednesday 10/31. Several people have asked that this report be posted as part of the public's right to know about the business of the Water district.

Readers need to be fully aware that this is a preliminary version of the report that has not yet been accepted by the Board and the final version may have some changes. The version posted has some changes highlighted that I have suggested to the Board and requested of the auditor. The final version should be on the agenda for review and acceptance at the December meeting of the Board. I believe that the numbers in the report, as it currently stands, are fully correct.
